Precautions:
- Please register online or accurately complete the product warranty registration and return it to Yuanzhi Group Co., Ltd. within ten days after purchasing the machine to be valid, otherwise it will cause delays in warranty services.
- Product warranty registration is only applicable to products sold by distributors in Hong Kong and Macau.
- When repairing the product, the customer must present the product warranty record card issued by Yuanzhi Group Co., Ltd. and the official invoice issued by the distributor in Hong Kong or Macau to the technician for inspection. If the customer fails to produce valid documents, the required maintenance fee must be paid . (Please refer to the terms and conditions for details)
- If the insured product is a redemption gift and the customer does not have an invoice/receipt, the product warranty registration must be stamped with the stamp and date of the redemption center to be valid.
- If there is any discrepancy between the online terms and conditions and the printed version of the product warranty certificate / warranty certificate / warranty card / warranty registration card / warranty registration card / warranty registration form (if any), the printed version shall prevail.
- Hong Kong and Macau customers, if you want to continue the maintenance plan, please contact Meta Mall AI Group Ltd. one month before the expiration of the warranty period.
- If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any dispute, DSPPA Hong Kong. reserves the right of final decision.
